Background
Vibroarthrography (VAG) is a non-invasive method for assessing the quality of joint motion based on vibrations generated by articular surfaces during movement.

Aims
The aim of this study is to present VAG applications in diagnosing joint crepitus and evaluating arthrokinematic movement quality.

Summary
VAG detects pathological biomechanics such as osteoarthritis, chondromalacia, or lateral patellar compression syndrome, monitors treatment effectiveness (e.g., viscosupplementation), and identifies early-stage joint disease. The method is sensitive but requires further protocol standardization and parameter optimization.
