In recent years, the number of people complaining of lower back pain has increased significantly. The number of specialists, both in Poland and worldwide, wanted to help people with these problems has also increased. Awareness of people in terms of maintaining the correct position of different parts of the body at rest and controlling the movement of individual segments of the body during the basic functioning of everyday life, as well as during training or rehabilitation. You can find information about training and therapeutic behavior on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube videos. Here, however, there is a danger of reliability of the information provided - anyone can put posts, videos, tips, exercises, sometimes not having sufficient knowledge and experience of proper training or therapeutic treatment in combating lower back pain. This study promotes the validity and effectiveness of the Kinetic Control concept. Due to the amount of information that the authors of this study want to share with readers, the study is divided into three parts. The section currently presented concerns issues that raise issues and issues related to the basic diagnosis necessary to establish further physiotherapy procedures.
